Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your booking/purchase for any reason, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss your concerns.
Refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for services that have been partially or fully utilized, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by us.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 6-10 business days of the approval date.
The refund amount may be subject to deductions for any applicable fees, taxes, or other charges.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7-10 days for Tours, 2-3 days for Hotels & Home Stays, and 2 days for Car Rentals.
Cancellation requests received after the specified deadline may be subjected to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for refund, at our discretion.
In the event that we need to cancel a booking or service due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund of any payments made with consideration and a clear understanding.

25% deduction before 15 (fifteen) and above days of the date of check-in.
50% deduction before 7 (seven) to 15 (fifteen) days of the date of check-in.
80% deduction before 2 (two) to 7 (seven) days of the date of check-in.
No refund for cancellation done within the last 48 (forty-eight) hours.

50% deduction before 2 (two) and above days of the date of check-in.

No refund for cancellation done within the last 24 (twenty-four) hours.

The refund amount may be subject to deductions for any applicable fees, taxes, or other charges.

Requests to modify bookings or service requests may be accommodated, subject to availability and our approval.
Additional fees or charges may apply for modifications, and we reserve the right to refuse modifications at our discretion.
