By visiting travelmynortheast.in or purchasing services from travelmynortheast.in you are consenting to our terms of service.

Our Platform

  • We get information from the Service Providers and Partners, and we can’t guarantee that everything is accurate. But, we take reasonable care and act with professional diligence. Although we can’t be responsible for any errors or interruptions, we’ll do everything we can to correct or solve the issue as soon as we become aware of it.
  • We’re not a party to the terms between you and the Service Provider. The Service provider is solely responsible for the Travel Experience.
  • You do not need an account to make a booking . However, in-order to partner with us to provide any services you need to register your account to our Platform to access the admin dashboard with all the services authority.
  • You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Services

Travel My Northeast offers a platform to connect users with travel service providers in Northeast India. We may offer services such as:

  • Information about travel destinations in Northeast
  • Tour packages
  • Hotel bookings
  • Car rentals
  • Home Stays

Potential Partner Registration

  • Partners must complete the registration process on the travelmynortheast.in website to access user dashboard and partner-specific features and services.
  • During registration, partners may be required to provide certain information, such as their name, contact details, business information, and payment details.
  • Partners must agree to abide  by the terms and conditions and any additional terms specific partner agreements or website policy.
  • Partners may be required to undergo a verification process to confirm their identity and eligibility to become a partner. 
  • Once approved by the admin, partners may access their partner account dashboard to manage bookings, and view analytics.

Partner Limitations

  • Partners are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of their registration information. Inaccurate or outdated information may result in limitations on account access or  services.
  • Partners must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including those related to data privacy, consumer protection, and advertising.
  • Partners may not use the travelmynortheast.in platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Partners may be subjected to commissions, or other charges as outlined in their partner agreement with travelmynortheast.in.
  • travelmynortheast.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate a partner’s account or access to services at any time, with or without cause.
  • travelmynortheast.in may modify or update partner terms, conditions, or policies at any time. Partners will be notified at any changes, and continued use of partner services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 

Prices and Payments

  • When you make a bookings, you agree to pay the cost of the travel experience, including any charges and taxes that may apply.
  • For some services, the service provider will require an Upfront payment or payment during your travel experience because sometimes your credit is charged along with GST when you book your travel. This depends on the Upfront of the service provider as communicated to you in the booking process.
  • If the service provider requires an Upfront payment, it may be taken or pre-authorized  when you make your booking, and it may be non-refundable. So before you book please try to contact the service provider or through Contact Us page.
  • If your payment method is denominated in a currency exchange that is different from the payment currency, then you should reach out to us though the Contact Us Page.
  • The User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, and taxes arising out of the use of this service, as per the applicable law.
  • Refunds, if any, on cancel of bookings will always be processed to the respective account from which payment was made for that booking.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All rights to our  platform  (including, content, trademarks, images, and videos etc.) are owned by travelmynortheast.in. By using our products, you agree to do so for their intended purpose only with adherence to the intellectual property law.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicity display, publicity perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent.
  • By uploading a review/image to our platform, you are confirming that it meets the following guidelines:
    • It should not contain any viruses.
    • The image/video quality should not exceed the standard memory size.
    • The image/video should have the watermark of our website logo.
    • It should not infringe the privacy rights of other people.
  • We are not responsible and liable for any pictures uploaded to our platform. We also have the right to remove any picture if that does not meet the above criteria.

Limitations of Liability

  • In no event shall we, nor our agents, partners, or affiliates be liable for (i) any indirect, incidental, consequential or  unfortunate accidents; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party in the Site; (iii) incase of fraudulent misrepresentation of the service providers liability; (iv) legal actions regarding gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other unlawful practices should be limited.
  • We don’t make any promises about services provider’s products and services apart from what we expressly state in there terms.
  • These terms are between you and us. Noting in these terms will entitle any third party other than service provider. 

Cancellation

  • For Transport you can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your Pick-Up Time.
  • You can cancel anytime before your Pick-Up-Time, but the Service Provider may charge you for a cancellation fee.
  • If the Service Provider has a different cancellation policy then their policy will apply instead.

Refunds

  • If you wish to cancel the trip or bookings and apply for a refund, you must do so in writing to us no more than 15 days after your pick-up time.
  • If your driver isn’t at the pick-up location on time, you can apply for a refund.
  • Unreasonable changes request to the pick-up time won’t be entitled to a refund if your journey go ahead as planned.
  • Any refund may take up to 5 working days to arrive into your account after approval. 
  • These terms are solely dependent on the service provider or partner.

Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the website and the services.
